Chef Tara brings over 17 years of experience and a whole lot of heart to everything she cooks. Known for bold flavors and soulful dishes, her food is all about comfort, culture, and connection.
Her roots trace back to her grandparents’ farm in Blakely, Georgia, where she learned to cook from scratch — from cast iron classics to slow-smoked meats — surrounded by fresh, homegrown ingredients. That foundation still shines through in every dish she creates.
From launching her own catering business to working across kitchens throughout her career, Chef Tara continues to share the rich flavors of the South in a way that feels both authentic and unforgettable.
